Your Role
Bakes is opening a 1,000sqm store in district 2 with a bakery on the ground floor and a lounge on the 1st floor. We’re looking for Supervisors to be the right arm of the manager, helping him/her in the daily operations from customer service to dealing with the orders and managing the team.
Essential Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties
- Maintains customer service standards and follow up with the operation.
- Builds and maintains good relationship with the team and customers.
- Ensures quality service of food and beverage.
- Answering questions from the guests about food and beverages.
- Supervise the daily operation.
Company Duties
- Fully in charge during the Manager’s absence.
- Assists the Manager with the team training.
- Lead by example, motivated the team to achieve service standards.
- Assists the Manager to supervise, assist the team during daily operation.
- Insures the area is clean and tidy at all times.
- Following the Training Manual
- Maintains hygiene standards.
