Your Role
Oversee the operations of stores. Work closely with our management team, Marketing, Finance, and HR Department, on leading our team, daily operations, and seasonal events.
Essential Responsibilities
Management
- Hiring, training, motivating, and leading staff by example.
- Recommend people for hiring and promotion.
- Conduct daily briefings.
- Produce staff roster with a supervisor.
- Set goals and expectations for the operation team using performance review and KPI process.
- Work with the bar, kitchen, and front staff team to make sure our operation is smooth.
Operation
- Manage product and packaging inventory to ensure good levels, product freshness and cost control.
- Work with our team (operation, management, and marketing) on the development and implementation of our seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Enforce all SOPs and company policies and procedures, especially the ones related to our customer service, health, and safety.
- Weekly meeting with BOD and Operation Manager sharing on operation and KPIs.
Finance
- Handle daily cash management and administration.
