Your Role
A Marketing Manager oversees our company’s B2B and B2C efforts to build brand and product awareness, engagement, and sales. Their responsibilities include planning, budgeting, executing, measuring return on investment on marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market.
- Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the marketing budget and the direction of the brands.
- Develop marketing strategies for products, services, and stores, on existing and new channels, both B2B and B2C.
- Plan for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal team to execute the campaign as planned.
- Measure, optimize, and report the effectiveness (ROI) of marketing activities across channels, including online (social, email, website, advertising, etc..) and offline (events, etc.).
- Manage the image and optimization of owned channels like fan page, community, website, email, loyalty program.
- Directly manage a team of, 1 Digital Marketer, 1 Marketing Executive, 1 Event & Catering Sales, 2 Sales and Relations Executives (and 6 part-time customer relations staff).
Requirements
- Candidates with experiences in Marketing or similar positions.
- Expert communication skills, with a passion in branding.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- At least 4 years experience in relevant roles. HORECA background a big plus. (We may consider Marketing Director-level candidates with more experience.)
- Experimental mindset with enthusiasm to learn new things.
- Deep understanding of media and marketing: platforms, audiences, how to drive sales online and in-store with various creative campaigns.
