Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects independently from start to finish, on time and on quality.
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.
• Concept, design, and present ideas to clients/team members.
• Review and sign off on design drawings.
• Stay on top of industry inspiration and maintain best practices.
• Contribute to building the future of the firm.

Requirements

• Skilled in CAD and rendering software, although you won't necessarily need to use them for every project.
• Strong team management and mentoring skills.
• A broad portfolio which demonstrates expertise and taste. A good rule of thumb is it shouldn't look like a Pinterest mood board.
• A functional command of technical details.
• Excellent project management skills.
• 5+ productive years as an interior designer or architect
