- Nurture a creative environment where the best people want to join us (recruit), our best people want to stay (retain), and the best people get better (develop).
- Your day-to-day may include posting recruitment notices on social media and job boards, university outreach, facilitating labor paperwork and contracts, organize company functions (trips, events, birthdays), update job descriptions and company portals, onboard new staff, craft policies, performance reviews, compliance discussions, etc.
- Liaise with C&B to stay updated with the latest policy from and government and ensure the benefit for staff
Admin Officer
- Be the contact point for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries
- Build office policies
- Liaise with maintenance vendors to maintain the office
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
