Your Role
Oversee the operations of our various F&B businesses. Work closely with our BOD, Store Managers, Chefs, Bartenders, and Brand Managers to build a lean and effective operation at each location in line with headquarter strategies and policies.
Responsibilities
Leadership
- Identify training needs and develop training plans to ensure a perfect operation and service aligned with our brands concept and vision.
- Conduct regular training and develop SOPs.
- Work closely with our HR to develop growth plan for our team and foster a company culture.
- Lead and develop the store managers and supervisors under you.
- Ensure proper training and knowledge of the team for upcoming projects and campaigns.
Company growth
- Support the ways of business development.
- Lead and execute operations to achieve daily targets.
- Participate in the development of new brands/locations by working together with our Operation team, Brand Manager, Marketing team, and Project Manager on the execution.
Sales
- Meet financial goals on delivery and up-selling.
- Suggest ways to take our customer service to the next level.
Operation
- Maintain and reinforce health and hygiene practices and standards.
- Reinforce organized, clean and good looking stores. Propose improvements when needed.
