Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and teams from start to finish, on time and to high expectations
• Give design direction and delegate responsibilities to designers
• Take on creative projects outside your comfort zone
• Concept, (actually) design, and present to internal and external stakeholders
• Be bilingual in English and Vietnamese
• Grow the reputation of the studio through outstanding work, publications, and awards

Requirements

• Exceptional design, team management, presentation skills
• A broad portfolio which demonstrates expertise or interests across a range of disciplines
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and other collaborative tools like Figma
• Ideal candidates have 5 (extraordinary) to 10 years of professional experience
