
Your Role
Work with our Marketing Manager team to develop our F&B brands, their strategy, growth and expansion both short and long term.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate on monthly, quarterly and yearly branding & communication plans in line with our budget and business plans.
- Execute our marketing plan alongs with product launches, projects and campaigns, keeping track of both the budget and timeline.
- Work closely with our studio team on the creation of design assets and advertising for new products, campaigns and projects through briefs, reviews and executions.
- Drive our brand's revenue both online and offline and meet a variety of key KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, brand engagement, return on ad spend, and more.
- Develop different channel strategies, working closely with our studio team to execute all plans following our brand personality and voice with consistency.
- Develop product positioning and consumer-centric messaging that differentiates our products & product promotions in the market.
- Identify new growth opportunities for the brand through a combination of market research, consumer research and industry intel.
- Build and maintain key relationships with third parties (agencies, photographers, models, influencers, KOLs)
- Weekly/monthly report to Marketing Manager
Skillsets
- Degree in business, hospitality or related field.
- At least 3-year working experience in hospitality, F&B industry
