Your Role


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Beverage Manager to oversee the beverage operations of multiple HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) establishments within our organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and leading a team to R&D upcoming menu and products.


Essential Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

  1. Work closely with the Head Barista and Store Manager of our different branches to supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of our bar area.
  2. Work closely with our beverage prep team to ensure product consistency and health and hygiene standards that follow our company policy.
  3. Keep cost margins at targeted average through accurate costing, efficient recipes, inventory control, tracking ingredient cost increase.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels of our beverage department.
  5. Set and communicate KPIs expectations to Store Managers regarding our COGS, wastage, drink quality and consistency.
  6. Provide training sessions to our Store Managers and Bar team.

Research & Development

  1. Develop and test seasonal menus and new drink concepts following our market and audience preferences, needs, menu concept, following our target costing, pricing and timeline.
  2. Monitor the product developmentā€™s timeline, budget and expenditures.
  3. Stay ahead of current culinary trends and conduct continuous research to enhance and differentiate our offerings.
  4. Develop, refine, and document recipes.
  5. Work closely with our purchasing department to source high quality, authentic ingredients.

Back Office Alignment

  1. Develop and manage budgets for each establishment with Finance, ensuring financial targets are met.
