Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Beverage Executive to oversee the beverage operations of multiple HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) establishments within our organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and leading a team to R&D upcoming menu and products.

Essential Responsibilities

Research & Development

1. Develop and test seasonal menus and new drink concepts following our market and audience preferences, needs, menu concept, following our target costing, pricing and timeline.
2. Monitor the product development’s timeline, budget and expenditures.
3. Stay ahead of current culinary trends and conduct continuous research to enhance and differentiate our offerings.
4. Develop, refine, and document recipes.
5. Work closely with our purchasing department to source high quality, authentic ingredients.
6. Implement new products launches in store with our Operational Team.

Operational Oversight

1. Conduct regular audits and tastings of all stores to ensure product consistency, health and hygiene standards.
2. Provide product training sessions to our Store Managers and Bar team.
3. Optimize bar workflow, equipment utilization and speed of service with our Operational Team.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Beverage Executive or in a similar leadership role within the HORECA industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of coffee, cocktail, mocktail, matcha.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills.
