Main responsibilities

As a Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to the customers and doing inventory.

Essential Responsibilities

Bar duty

1. Preparing a variety of cocktails and mocktails.

2. Prep daily ingredients needed for the drinks.

3. Cleaning and sanitizing your work station, utensils and equipment.

4. Make sure the bar always has enough inventory for the day. Raise the alarm when items need to be replenished.

Quality control

1. Make sure the bar remains spotless at all times.

2. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.

Skillsets

• Team spirit
• Previous experience as a bartender and basic cocktail knowledge.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule and night shifts.
• Passion for customer service.
• Fluent in Vietnamese.
